The Chief is a central part of Red Zero's foundation. He joined up at Ground Zero 2 shortly after the Gulf War where he found himself marching into Kuwait as part of the first U.S. Forces to enter the fray. He had enlisted in 1989 after a year of post high school confusion in Hampton Virginia. After 2 years of being stationed in Germany he was ready to return to the world. Within 2 months of his discharge the Gulf War began. Last November he celebrated the end of his inactive duty in the military.

Upon his return he started a punk rock band. The Chief played Guitar and sang with Zalph on Drums and Dennis on Bass in Guttersnipe, which became Bent and finally mutated into The Hamptones. The Hamptones broke up earlier this year. He now plays drums in another punk rock band; 1.25. The Chief who plays saxophone, piano, guitar, drums and bass is preparing to go into the studio to record some of his own stuff later this year.

As an actor he has appeared in a few local plays and a few of the Monkey's little movies. He has also done extra work with local production companies and served as a production assistant and grip work for a few feature film shoots. The Chief just recently finished a forty page screenplay; "Gravedigger" which he will direct and star in with Scott P. at some point this year.

The Chief speaks Spanish and German and has traveled extensively through Europe and North America. His skills include but are not limited to; woodworking, songwriting, advanced military weaponry, ballroom dancing and sharpshooting. He is currently enrolled as a student at Virginia Commonwealth University where he is double majoring in German and Spanish with a minor in eastern religious studies.
